From Disney to superheroes to Star Wars, the lives of our favorite pop-culture characters are well documented. But, of course, if they were real people, they’d do plenty of things that wouldn’t make it to the page or screen. In a fun series of illustrations titled The Secret Life of Heroes (which we spotted via Fubiz), Grégoire Guillemin takes stylistic inspiration from the Pop Art of Roy Lichtenstein and imagines what these fictional icons’ private moments might look like. Click through to see Scrooge McDuck read Das Kapital, Darth Vader nurse a stiff drink, and Aladdin‘s own Jasmine pick up a pack of the birth control pills that (almost) share her name.
