Yesterday evening, MyAnimalHome.net launched the video for Animal Collective‘s latest single, “In the Flowers,” off of Merriweather Post Pavilion. Directed by Avey Tare’s sister, Abigail Portner, the video treats us to the only type of visuals we would expect from an Animal Collective song — cracked out marionettes, transposed sketches of a chick with tribal paint, and of course, shots of good ole Chinatown.
