Check Out the Tracklist for Lana Del Rey’s ‘Honeymoon’

Last week, Lana Del Rey got “High By the Beach” in her newest music video by blowing up a paparazzi helicopter; the song’s lackadaisical sense of mystery is Del Rey at her best, and it certainly continued to garner excitement for and speculation about her upcoming album, Honeymoon. Now, there’s a lot more fuel for speculation: Del Rey has released the album’s tracklist. Some songs bear seemingly tongue-in-cheek weight, like “Freak” and “Religion,” and others, like “Music to Watch Boys to” are exactly, and wonderfully, what you’d expect as a continuation of Del Rey’s performative, old-fashioned schtick. As on Ultraviolence (on which Del Rey included a “The Other Woman”), Honeymoon features a cover of a song sung by Nina Simone — “Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood.”

Here’s the list, via Pitchfork:

1. Honeymoon 2. Music to Watch Boys to 3. Terrence Loves You 4. God Knows I Tried 5. High by the Beach 6. Freak 7. Art Deco 8. Burnt Norton (Interlude) 9. Religion 10. Salvatore 11. The Blackest Day 12. 24 13. Swan Song 14. Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood

The announcement came alongside an Instagram post with a video of Del Rey being filmed in a car, which seems to be scored by new music — presumably off the album.
