Streaming service Tidal announced plans to put on a giant concert called “Tidal X” at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on October 20.The concert, which Tidal describes as “a tribute to fans and a call to action,” will celebrate Tidal’s user base having passed the 1 million subscriber mark.

And what a celebration it is — Tidal X features a truly epic lineup. Beyoncé, Jay Z, Prince, Usher, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, T.I., Damian Marley, Indochine, Thomas Rhett and Fabolous all co-headline the bill. The show will also feature “Tidal Rising” openers Alessia Cara, Bas, Benjamin Booker, Flatbush Zombies and Justine Skye. The announcement page also promises “many more” musical acts, but it isn’t clear how many will play.

The concert will donate all of its ticket sale proceeds to the New World Foundation. According to Pitchfork, Tidal will also make a donation matching their ticket presale proceeds.

Tickets (which will set you back anywhere between $74 and $244) went on sale today at 12pm Eastern exclusively through Tidal and will be available to the general public on Friday. On the bright side, if you can’t get tickets, the entire concert will be streaming live on Tidal.

The concert is simply the newest instance in Tidal’s attempt to leverage a tightened, exclusive relationship with its artists to entice subscribers. One million members is an achievement, to be sure, but Tidal’s premium sound quality, exclusive content, and artist appreciation mantras have not garnered nearly as many subscribers as Spotify (20 million), or Apple Music (15 million).
