Imaginative Postcards from Beloved Pop Culture Locations

A great movie, book, or television show can make its settings seem like real places – like you could find your way around if you found yourself there, randomly wandering through Beetlejuice or The Witch, as one does. Our friends at Gallery1988 have taken that idea a step further with their new exhibition “Postcard Correspondence,” in which an assortment of their best artists imagine what kind of postcards you might find in the gift shop at the Bates Motel or Mid-World Lanes. And they were kind enough to give us a peek at some of the results.
