Gorgeous Photos Capture the Everyday Life of Japan

Tokyo-based photographer Hiro Goto finds striking compositions in the streets he walks every day.

Anyone can go to a foreign land and find spots of obvious beauty, but few people can really capture the essence of a time and place like a native. That’s what makes Tokyo-based photographer Hiro Goto (whom we first read about at My Modern Met) such a find – he knows every nook and cranny of Japan, and boosts his striking images of both scenic locations and everyday life via his Instagram feed. “I can share photos with people all over the world,” he tells MMM, “and I want to share the beauty of Japan with many people.” Click here to see Hiro’s work.
