Flavorwire is looking for a few good interns to join our crackerjack team of culture fiends. The gig involves combing RSS feeds for breaking news stories, hitting the streets to interview people on current issues, and writing two to three posts per day for the blog. You will not be fetching our lunch or filing things. We don’t have a filing cabinet. A passion for one or more of the categories that we cover is essential — although generalists can apply, too. Bonus points if you’re a fast and funny writer. The position is unpaid, but Flavorpill will hook you up with college credit, bylined clips, and all the free cereal you can eat. Resumes should go to tips [at] flavorpill [dot] com. Please include a few lines about the last cultural event you hit up in lieu of a boring old cover letter.
