Video of the Day: Miniature NYC

6

Many thanks to Kottke for tipping us off to this tilt-shift video of New York City life in miniature. Our favorite bit comes up at 2:40, when you get a nice glimpse at a mini version of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The crowds looks so much more manageable when they’re ant-sized. We have but one criticism: Where are the bite-sized hipsters of Bedford Avenue? How much fun would that have been? Watch it in full screen for best effect.
