New Yorkers, you are constantly being watched. “I’ve seen traffic accidents. I’ve seen naked girls. I’ve seen shootings. I’ve seen fights. And they don’t even know that you’re there, that’s the whole thing.” That’s one of the guys from Stella Artois’ new short film Up There, which salutes the oft overlooked art of hand-painted billboards.
