We’re Hiring! Flavorpill Seeks Online Traffic Manager…

Flavorpill is actively seeking an Online Traffic Manager to work in our SoHo headquarters. This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced or has a deep interest in learning about online publishing. This person will be involved in all aspects of advertising, from managing/booking inventory and working directly with clients/agencies, to helping close sales. Perks include a friendly office environment, all-you-can-eat cereal and cases of energy drinks, and regularly-held Wii competitions.

The Traffic Manager’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Execute email and Web site advertising campaigns using DoubleClick’s DART For Publishers
• Book all campaigns to ensure full delivery of impressions
• Ensure proper email and website ad code setup
• Request creative from client/agencies
• QA all creative submissions
• Run delivery reports for both clients and internal departments
• Work with complex rich media tags
• Work closely with the sales team to manage campaign progress, answer traffic questions, and help manage client service
• Assist sales team with the closure of sales managing media plans in DoubleClick’s MediaVisor and Microsoft’s Atlas
• Maintain sales department materials (i.e. master sales list, insertion orders, etc.)
• Complete Request for Proposals
• Client interface and account management

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Experience in DART for Publishers/Advertisers
• Exceptional computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of how online advertising works
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, JavaScript
• Bachelor of the Arts or higher
