Let’s get this straight: we’re not getting married anytime soon. But if we were (and we had an unlimited budget), we would insist on using these invitations. Designer Kelli Anderson created wedding invites that use paper, a sewing needle, and screwposts to make a 45rpm turntable that plays an enclosed flexidisc containing a song written by the to-be-married couple. Anderson does a great job of explaining how she made the invitations in this detailed blog post. What you really need to see, though, is the DIY record player in action.
